Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day FULL REFUND AND EXCHANGE policy, ensuring your satisfaction.

Instructions for Returns:

1. Send an email to support@monument-jewellery.dk Include your order number and request a return form.
2. Print and complete our return form. Please make sure to provide your email and order number.
3. Place the completed form along with the jewelry inside the shipping package. Please return your jewelry piece in its original packaging.
4. Ship the package to the address indicated on our return form.

Please note: The 30 day period starts on the day you received your package. The request for refund/exchange must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the delivery. For a full refund, the condition of the jewelry must be as you received it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards or giveaways. Our 30-day return policy does not apply to glass jewellery, as these items are handmade per order. 

Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law.

Glass jewellery
By purchasing our glass jewellery, you acknowledge that the products are made of glass and are inherently fragile. Glass jewellery may break due to impact, pressure, temperature changes, or improper handling. Therefore, the company cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, defects, or breakage occurring after delivery, including any personal injury or consequential damages caused by broken glass. The products are used at the customer’s own risk and must be handled with appropriate care.
